Etcetera costume of 2009
After seeing Emily's Victoria costume, I was inspired to make my own Cats Costume, so I chose Etcetera, she would be easy, and my personality would totally suit her.
In these pictures my makeup was thrown on with no powder to set the makeup, so it did smudge.
