2. Must have a way of communication(email, etc.)
3. updated a lot, something new every month
4. Must have at least 4 different pages.

1. Site must mainly focus around costuming. Site may also focus around makeup as well.
2. Must be well developed and well informed.
3. Must have a tutorial or help of some sort that would have to do with costumes.(like how to make a tail, paint a unitard, making wigs, etc.)
4. Does not have to include everything you need to make a costume.

2. Shrine can vary from just a simple page of your site to the entire site that is all about a jellicle.
